Black & Decker
BMWW helped re-position Black & Decker's Dust Buster line. The product when introduced was the first hand held vac and literally started a new category at retail. Since then competitors have launched more powerful units, and the Dust Buster was no longer perceived by consumers as the category leader. BMWW, armed with research, created a new product identity and redesigned the packaging to highlight new product improvements.
