Fundraising Communications

BMWW approaches campaign and development planning and communications from a marketing perspective. Our goal is to help institutions and organizations build a broader and more loyal base of support by determining our clients’ strategic and communications goals, and assessing how these can be advanced through communication initiatives with prospects. This means integrating the planning for a major campaign into an institution’s broader strategic communications plans. We start this process by gaining an understanding of the institution’s position among its various constituencies and place an emphasis on utilizing the campaign as an opportunity to put the institution in a more powerful position to communicate after the successful campaign.

Our campaign development services include: survey research; development and campaign communications planning for capital, annual, and planned giving; and comprehensive creative services for writing, design, and production of publications, audiovisual, and electronic communication tools.
